March 13, 2012		 Luke competed in the Delaware County Science Fair and received first place in Chemistry. He will go on to compete in the Delaware Valley Science Fair.

March 10, 2012		 Luke competed in the VEX Robotics Mid-Atlantic Championship and his team, the Driven Nuts, finished 9th. They won the "create" and "community" awards.

March 8, 2012		 During the last few months, our Celica intermittently had problems starting; it was fixed today. The problem was caused by an uninsulated ground wire touching a wire bundle containing the starter wire — over the years, friction wore away the insulation, and eventually occasionally grounded the starter wire. Because the failure was hard to reproduce, the fix was difficult to discover.

March 5, 2012		 Our family passed a tae kwon do test and are now green belts. As part of our test, we each broke a 3/4" board.

March 3, 2012		 I have sped up my website using the suggestions mentioned in this presentation; I improved my website's YSlow grade from 'C' to 'A', mostly by reducing the number of file requests needed to render a web page.
